The dreamer behind Hunter Collective, Lacey has been working on the concept since 2016. Lacey is a passionate hairdresser who is working with clients and brands from all over the world. HC evolved not only from a personal need, but from a desire to shake up an industry..

Hunter Collective is a 2000 sq.ft. co-working salon, studio and event space designed for freelance beauty and fashion experts. HC has brought together a community of experienced, talented members and global brands. They are evolving the environment for freelancers to build their businesses whilst working with their clients, alongside fantastic, unique events.

Motherhood Meets Entrepreneurship
The foundational stages of Hunter Collective was built whilst Lacey was pregnant. She explains that pregnancy gave her the drive to push out business.  In retrospect, she was in a vibration of pushing out life. Her baby Gene has given her a source of motivation and purpose. Lacey has embraced her fierce and fearless mindset and is laser-focused on making decisions that will benefit her family at home and her family at Hunter Collective.

Sacrificing for Success
When you have a vision, you have to forego a lot of the pleasures that most people have. Lacey’s source of luxury and leisure-time is with her family. Otherwise, she is ALL IN on the business.

Building a Business to scale
Lacey’s vision is for HC to build out locations across the globe with ambitions for members to be able to work on projects in multiple countries.  She believes freelancers are expanding past country borders and should have a work-space that travels with them.  The business-model is built to scale.
