Most of us are operating on auto-pilot. We go about our days without being in full consciousness about our decisions. Because of this, we lose touch of our inner-selves; Who we are, what we’re about, and what brings us hope and joy.Susan teaches that the number one path to sleep and overall wellness requires us to regain consciousness of the moment. What’s going on here and now. 
 
There are a number of exercises and a lot of professional work to achieve this at a high-level. A few ways that we can begin to practice this is with deep-breathing and mindfulness exercise. But most of all, we must journey into ourselves and better align ourselves with nature.
