In This Episode
Removing the Stigma of Motherhood
One day, Ariadna was highly anticipating a  event. It took a lot of planning and organising to ensure that her child was taken care of whilst she spent this night out for herself. During the networking session, a lady declared Ariadna as being ‘Selfish’ for attending a Networking event as a mother. This is when Ariadna realised, that these stigmas of motherhood need to be examined and changed.

The Sacrificing Mom
Society states that the more a mother sacrifices, the better a mother she is; This is something that Ariadna strongly disagrees with. Yes, mothers should be great caregivers to their children, and sacrificing is a necessary part of their process. However, mothers should not be scolded or looked down on focusing on themselves and bringing attention to their own personal passions and life-journey.

Living in Authenticity
As a mother, Ariadna realised that she is transferring her values down to her son. In order for her words of encouragement and motivation to resonate with her son, she aspired to BE what she was instilling in her children. This was the catalyst of ‘Blisshood’ as she believes mothers who live in their authentic selves transfer values naturally to their children and can be overall better people for themselves and their families.
